How will my Brazilian Bikini Laser Treatment work?

After you choose to make this life changing decision and after your consultation with our licensed staff you’ll be brought back to one of our treatment rooms. Which room you’re brought to will be determined by your hair color and skin type based on the Fitzpatrick Scale. Amore Laser uses two different types of lasers for Laser Hair Removal. While both target the hair follicle food source the Candela GentleYag is superior for darker pigmented skin and the GentleLase is for lighter skin types.

Once your skin type is determined and brought to the laser treatment room our staff will go over a few guidelines with you before handing you a pair of laser hair removal goggles. These goggles will prevent any stray rays of laser light from penetrating your eyes. These protective goggles are to be worn throughout the entire laser procedure. You treatment will typically last about 15 minutes. First,  you’ll feel a cooling sensation followed by the heat blast of the hair removal laser. The cooling blast is a cooling device our lasers have to cool the skin prior to the laser firing. This blast of cool cryogen greatly reduces the discomfort of the procedure and makes it a pain free experience.
